Turbo Tim's Anything Automotive does everything they say they're going to do. Turbo Tim's Anything Automotive repaired my wheel barring. The results are great. Prices are competitive. I would use them again as well as recommend this company to others. more

A Good Experience 5/6/2016

Turbo Tim's Anything Automotive was referred to me by a friend. They replaced the timing chain and gears. This company has reasonable prices. I am happy with the results. I really like Tim and his staff. Tim explains things to the customer throughout the process, he also sent pictures of the damages and repairs. I wasn't expecting that part of the service but it was really a nice addition. However, I do think this company demonstrates weak communication when it comes to keeping you abreast on the status of your vehicle and the financing as far as not really providing an accurate number amount on how much something would cost. Other than that I really think this is a good company and I would go back to them again and also recommend them to others. more

November 17, 2015 The one year warranty on parts and labor on a radiator Tim installed was a whisker away from expiration. Last Sunday, the radiator failed. I called Tim and without a moment of hesitation, he agreed to honor the warranty. He replaced the radiator completely at his expense. Turbo Tim's Makes Every Transaction a Win-Win. 8/13/2015

Turbo Tim's Anything Automotive gives a personable environment, and Tim and the mechanics will fix everything without ripping you off. When you go to Tim's, you don't get the impression that you're dealing with someone interested in business only. They treat you as more than a customer--they treat you like a person. Most automotive shops check out your car, tell you what needs to be done, what it will cost to do it, and then sit back and let you decide if you want your car fixed or not. Turbo Tim's doesn't do that. They tell you the problem, the way they recommend fixing it, and then try to provide alternative cost cutting options. They don't hesitate to recommend parts from the junk yard as long as it helps get the customer back on the road. more

Turbo Tim's Automative is the friendliest mechanic in town 7/29/2015

The staff at Turbo Tim's Anything Automotive is very personable. They do a very good job with customer service and try to really to be more than a mechanic and more like a neighbor. It's great to see them as neighbor but also as someone who has expertise in fixing cars. I have been a customer with them or about three or four years. I keep using them because of their customer care and because they are knowledgeable and they are willing to work with you. They won't give you extra costs that you don't need and they give you 10% off with your loyalty sticker. more

My daughters and I have been taking our cars to Turbo Tim's Anything Automotive for the past five years. We like that they are fair in their pricing and never try to rip us off because we don't know much about cars. They treat us very respectfully and are very trustworthy. Great auto service 7/15/2015

The staff at Turbo Tim's Anything Automotive were really upfront and honest about the repairs I needed. They replaced the headlight and checked the breaks, but didn't do anything extra that I did not ask for. They get the job done in a timely manner at a reasonable price. You should definitely check out Turbo Tim's Anything Automotive. They get the job done! more

Go for the service, stay for the fun 7/8/2015

I've always been satisfied with the service at Turbo Tim's Anything Automotive. If it's something small that my car needs, he usually will look at it and recommend things. He looks at all my options and he won't just recommend the most expensive things. He will prioritize what is most important for me to get done first. I love all the artwork he has up there and his pets as well. I have used him for a while and I only go to him. My car has been really reliable, but I go to him for oil changes and things like that. I go about 3 to 4 times a year. If you visit him and you get a bumper sticker, you look cool and you get a discount! more

I've known Tim of Turbo Tim's Anything Automotive for several years. I've always been happy with the work that he does. His prices are fair, the staff are friendly, and I'm always able to get an appointment pretty quickly. Tim is very honest, and always gives good advice if you need it. I've recommended him to my family. more

Turbo Tim got in the trunk of my car! 6/18/2015

Turbo Tim's gives great customer service and choices. I have been using them for about two years. They have done oil changes, brake replacement, and just recently looked at a spring that supports my car. He told me that to replace the spring in my car would be around $330, but he offered the option of just removing the spring and said that my car would function fine. I decided to chose the second option and asked him how much I owed him. He said $30. They're so incredibly reasonable. Their customer service is pretty much outstanding. They are also very approachable. They are willing to work with people and are flexible. They make recommendations that are good for the customer, giving the customer options. They're not a chain so they're unique. Tim is so involved and a very positive person. That's probably why they are so helpful as a business. I highly recommend them. more

Still Impressed 5/29/2015

Mine is a long story so I will shorten it. I had some work done and my original complaint with my vehicle was not taken care of. I have another appointment and we will see what they do to satisfy me and remedy the problem and situation. I'll write another review or correct this one after my next visit. more

No more terror with Turbo Tims. 2/23/2015

I have had an excellent experience with Turbo Tim's Anything Automotive. I used to be afraid of taking my vehicle in to get mechanical work, until I found Turbo Tim's about a year ago. This is the second major job they've done for me. They fixed the passenger's side rear view mirror, the rear rotors, and did a basic oil change. From a female's perspective, I'd say the mechanics and technicians are very respectful. Their staff is friendly, genuine and honest. I never feel like I am being pressured or scammed into doing anything. I would highly recommend them. more

Love this place! 2/21/2015

Brought in our 1999 Buick Park Ave for a total break job. Turbo Tim's was quick, professional, and even had comfy place for my husband to squirrel away while he took a conference call for work. I love that I can talk to my mechanic via text, and that I FINALLY have a place I can trust. (P.S. The Buick stops on a DIME!) more

Father Approved! 2/21/2015

My VW is 17 years old and the only reason that heap is still running is because the mechanics at Turbo Tim's have been taking good care of it for the last 5 years. I keep telling them I am going to get a new car, but they keep enabling me to put that off for another day. I first went there because a friend recommended them and told me they were different than other shops and she was right. I have never felt so comfortable talking about my car with a mechanic. It has been a huge relief to have a shop full of mechanics I can trust, especially for my dad. He hasn't met Tim, but that doesn't stop him from singing his praises. more

I had a very positive experience at Turbo Tim's Anything Automotive. Everyone was very honest, straightforward, and professional. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell any unnecessary services to me and they told me that I didn't actually need a repair that I thought I needed. They also charged a very reasonable price to change my oil. I appreciated their integrity and would recommend them highly. more

Your Go-To Volvo Expert in MN! 1/25/2015

I absolutely recommend Turbo Tim's to all my Volvo brethren. Tim has a vast knowledge of anything Volvo and especially for the R models like mine. It was very difficult finding someone who was familiar with the S60R, but after a referral from the MN Volvo Club, I have exclusively had my S60R serviced here. And if anyone is familiar with these specialty vehicles, they know you are constantly having things going wrong with them. The dealerships have quoted upwards of 2x more than what I've paid for the same repairs at Tim's. He also is an enthusiast and owns a bunch himself. He is friendly, honest, helpful and will only do work that is needed. And many times has found a cheaper way to get the job done! I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here if you want an honest, reputable shop to do your repairs! I know I have found "my mechanic" and no matter what vehicle I end up owning over the years, I will continue coming here for service. I live far south of the cities in Savage, MN and I still drive all the way to NE Mpls (if that says anything) for their service! Try them once and you'll never need to look for another shop. TT's kicks $@!#%! more

It's like I have a mechanic in my family. 12/20/2014

Seriously, going to Turbo Tim's feels like I'm taking my car to a (trusted and qualified) brother in law. He let's me know what's wrong and if I should fix it now or later and what it'll cost. The prices are, in a word, cheap. And the work is, in another word, outstanding. I've brought my car here for a few different repairs now and every time the work was done on time, they called when they said they would, it cost what they said it would cost. In short, no surprises. more

Honest and did a good job 12/19/2014

Turbo Tim's Anything Automotive is very honest and trustworthy, and he isn't going to do something that does not need to be done. I was told by someone else I had a leak in my radiator and water pump. It would have cost over a thousand dollars to fix it. The mechanic at Turbo Tim's checked it, and showed me the water pressure and pump. He verified that there was no leak in it. He only charged me twenty dollars. He really saved me money, and from an unnecessary project. He was a very honest and trustworthy man. He did a good and wonderful job. The prices were equally wonderful. more
