You can spend the entire afternoon exploring all of the nooks and crannies and discovering all of their wonderful treasures. Prices may be a bit high, but so are the real estate prices in that area. It all equals out. If they have what you want...you'll pay what they ask, or try to negotiate a better price. all in all, it's a great time!
