A DWI conviction is serious, frightening and confusing. Whether you know someone who has been convicted of a DWI crime or you, yourself, have just encountered this unfortunate situation these are common feelings to endure. That being said, it is up to the distinct characteristics and mindset of the given individual to determine whether he or she can move on from this mistake/crime and never let it happen again. Its either the immediate shame that overcomes a person or the nonchalant attitude of a person which will ultimately determine their fate. To say that a DWI conviction yields numerous questions accompanied by more complex and technical answers is an understatement. However, this should not deter one from taking the time to think clearly and make the right decision based off of their future plans. The one thing any person needs to know regarding a DWI conviction is that it is not the end of the world. This is especially true when you hire Mr. Scott Anderson as your representation. Although Mr. Anderson serves as a competent and extremely successful attorney, he plays a much more vital role of being an understanding parent, father, friend and voice of wisdom. As I stated before, a DWI conviction is a serious crime which should never be taken lightly in any manner. Nevertheless, mistakes happen and mistakes can be fixed. Simply put, this is the approach of Mr. Anderson. Hes not there to make you feel any worse than you already do. Hes not there to give you a speech about the scary what if scenarios that couldve happened while you were operating a vehicle. Hes not there to beat you up or punish you simply because thats the job of the law against you. No, no matter what any of your preconceived notions are telling you about lawyers who are stuck up, snotty, withholding, vague, judgmental, etc. you can throw those all out of the window when it comes to Mr. Anderson. I never viewed Mr. Anderson as an attorney as a matter of fact. From the moment I met Mr. Anderson at his house for our initial consultation he seemed more like a family friend than a lawyer. Perhaps thats because of his warmth and comfort that he displays allowing his clients to come to his home, have a refreshment or two, talk about the case and procedures, laugh about daily endeavors which undoubtedly make the client feel at ease. It is that ease that I speak of that Mr. Anderson conducted my case. It was harmless, it was painless and at the end of the day I could not thank him enough. Because of Mr. Andersons relationships throughout the state and due to his squeaky clean reputation, Mr. Anderson was able to get my DWI lowered to a reckless driving nearly at the snap of the finger. Needless to say, I was shocked. My life wasnt over like I had initially thought. I immediately began to think of how I could better explain a reckless driving conviction rather than a DWI conviction to a future employer. I apologize if Im rambling on about my experience but Im extremely thankful being that my family and I were once thinking about advancing in the process without a lawyer of any sort. I cant even imagine what a nightmare that wouldve been nor do I want to think about that. So, I assure anyone whos looking for representation to meet with Mr. Anderson and let the journey take its course. Im not telling you that you have to choose Mr. Anderson because Im sure there are plenty of great lawyers in the area. Instead, what Im asking you to do is simply meet with him for an hour and just see how you feel. I promise you that you will feel a weight being lifted off of your shoulders once he begins speaking about your case.
