My family dealt with Scott Weaver who started great and then was lazy, rude, unprepared for our lawsuit. It was two weeks before trial and he never even did a deposition of anyone. We settled for a weak amount. I wonder about his relations to Opposing Counsel as well. He also has a GOD complex and for that outrageous price per hour, that should be left at the door. more

I've been thoroughly disappointed with the representation provided by John McDowall. He has stood me up for a phone appointment, is slow to respond to my outreach, and seemingly only follows up on my case after I reach out with questions. I understand that I am a small client for him but if I matter so little to him he shouldn't have accepted my business. more
