My family dealt with Scott Weaver who started great and then was lazy, rude, unprepared for our lawsuit. It was two weeks before trial and he never even did a deposition of anyone. We settled for a weak amount. I wonder about his relations to Opposing Counsel as well. He also has a GOD complex and for that outrageous price per hour, that should be left at the door.
