I talked to Anaheim Carpet Cleaning but I wanted to make sure they weren?t trying to trick me into having to pay a lot more later or that they weren?t too overpriced. They told me about their company so I decided to go ahead and give them a shot. They came over and gave me the price which was dead on w/ their over the phone estimate so I was very happy. All in all I am really satisfied with the company, the results, and the price! more

I had my oriental rug professionally cleaned by Anaheim Carpet Cleaning and I was very happy with the results. I was a little nervous since it is a really expensive rug but all of my worries were put to rest once I got my carpet back and it looked great. It did take like 2 weeks to get my rug back but the technician told me that it could take up to 2 weeks so it was expected. But anyways, if you need your rug cleaned and you?re nervous like I was, you don?t have to be with this company. Much recommended! more

I was very pleased with the services of this carpet cleaning company, Anaheim Carpet Cleaners. We wanted to make our apartment look fresh. There were a lot of carpet cleaners in the area, so I booked 3 different appointments for an estimate with 3 different companies. I felt very comfortable with this company because of the friendly phone staff, technicians, and the pricing, which was very reasonable. We got our carpets cleaned throughout the house and had our couch steam cleaned as well. Now our home looks spotless and smells good! No extreme smells/odors either. My 4 year son old spilled a can of paint all over the carpet of her room. I had left the can in her room since I had been using it to paint her room. I called Anaheim Carpet Cleaners the same day and they said to keep the paint wet until they arrived. Instead of replacing the carpet I opted for cleaning, they got to my house within 2 hours and after they got done with their part, there was no longer any evidence of the paint. Anaheim Carpet Cleaners had told me that if I had let it dry there would have been no way to get that much paint out of the floor, so I am grateful that they were able to saved my carpet, as well as my day. My house is comparable to Noah?s Ark; I have several cats, dogs, birds and other critters. I have to admit at times my place smells like a zoo and has prevented some people from coming in. Finally the smell got to me as well and I had to find a carpet cleaning company and fast. I really didn?t feel like having to call around all over the place and I went with a recommendation made by my neighbor. I called Anaheim Carpet Cleaners and asked for a quote, the guy answering the phone was nice and very patient with me. I felt good about hiring this company and scheduled an appointment for the next day. It didn?t take them long at all and the cleaner even pretreated the carpet to ensure removal of pet stains and odors. It?s been a couple of weeks and the stains and odors haven?t come back yet. He did an amazing job! I can only highly recommend this company. more
