American Way Collision Center

My husband and I have been customers of American way collision for a few years now we just recently took in my monte Carlo 2002 bright yellow I was hit in a parking lot I was not even in the car we decided use American way collision again and customer service was absolutely fantastic they had my card out in three days they did everything that I asked them to do and then some they also cleaned and detailed the inside of my car And wash the car I will tell all of my friends to take their business to American way collision and if I need more car bodywork I will return my business with them more

I have been a customer of American Way Collision for a few years now and was really satisified with their service until my recent visit. They have all new employees that lack in experience and customer service. The workmanship on my vehicle was totally unexceptable poor fit and horrible paint match. Upon contact with the manager he only fed me a bunch of lies and the owner was even worse, she was snutty and arrogant and lacked professionalism. I have notified my insurance company that they should not refer this company as I will not. They have lost my business forever. more

I damaged an entire side of my vehicle, and drove straight to American Way. I was emotional, angry, and scared about the cost. They were kind, quick, and even gave me a ride to work when I needed it. Great customer service! Pros: Great customer service more

After a run in with a deer I used this shop because it is affiliated with my insurance company. Big mistake. At first everything seemed fine, they were very pleasant to work with and had my car back to me within a week. When I picked up the car I noticed that the driver side window was down a little. I didn't think much of it at the time. When I left work that day I noticed that the window wasn't sitting in the seal correctly. I tried rolling it up and down only to have it jump around in and out of the track. Considering the amount of damage the deer did (they had to replace everything on the driver's side of the car) I was surprised they had not also fixed this. I called them the next morning and they asked me to bring the car in which I did. When I got there I was informed that the damage had not been done in the accident, therefore they would not be repairing it. I was shocked to say the least. Not only had they not warned me about this when I picked up the car, but I can't believe they think the window was like that before the accident. I spoke with the owner and she was less than apologetic. I am now working with my insurance company to have the repairs finished at another shop. \r I will never use American Way again and would not recommend it to anyone.\r \r Pros: Nice clean facility. Cons: Didn't fix my car. more
