Tankless Boiler/Hot Water Heater Installation 12/18/2017

Trey and Dave were tasked with reconfiguring some piping and installing a circulation pump on a recently installed tankless combination boiler/hot water heater. They worked tirelessly and continuously from around 2 p.m. until midnight, not slowing down until the job was done to their satisfaction. Even when fatigued, they kept a sense of humor and positive demeanor. The piping and pump installation was artful. They treated our home as a home, not just another work site. I strongly recommend these two gentlemen as well as their company (American Mechanical). more

Bi-Annual Appointment 10/27/2017

Technician seemed to know HVAC work just fine. American Mechanical has been coming to my house twice a year since 2009. Although technician do. Good work, each new employee doesn't do the same work. I expect the same work each time, but the technicians don't know everything they are supposed to do, or the requirements keep changing. Either way, I tell them what I expect, and they all do it eagarly and happily! more

Service Gets Even Better Each Time 10/25/2017

Each time I use Am. Mech. the service gets even better. The Tech's are informative, high quality, and polite. The advanced texts, with pictures of the Tech that is coming with a bit of their background, personalizes the visit. The Tech tracking that maps the Tech's location and shows exactly when they will be arriving takes the "waiting and wondering" out of a service visit. The office staff when booking appointments is always helpful and precise. I have used American Mechanical for 11 years and will continue to do so for all my electrical and HVAC needs. more
