Technician seemed to know HVAC work just fine. American Mechanical has been coming to my house twice a year since 2009. Although technician do. Good work, each new employee doesn't do the same work. I expect the same work each time, but the technicians don't know everything they are supposed to do, or the requirements keep changing. Either way, I tell them what I expect, and they all do it eagarly and happily!
