Worst Company Ever! DO NOT do business with this folks they do not know what they're doing. On top of having unlicensed Loan Officers they are the worst lenders to do business with. I had a loan declined after being approved and cleared for docs because the underwriter is a moron and only underwrites because she's the owners wife but has no extensive knowledge of FHA Guidelines(but she thinks she does). They have this rude, vulgar, confrontational ""operations manager"" her name is Lily.. what is an Operations Manager in the loan business well basically there is no need for one all she does is hinders by getting on your way with her own personal opinions stalling your loan process for weeks until you bow to her. don't get fooled by their recruiter he's basically a clown his name is Roman who like to acts like he's top of the crop but he's a clown with no pull yet loves to throw you under the bus. They are a nightmare, don't waste your time with them. there is a power struggle amongst themselves while they sit on your file to see who comes out Victorious. don't waste your time take your business some where else they are going down as soon as the DRE finds out THEY ARE ALL UNLICENSED
