American Insurance Associates are great. Just wonderful people. I've been a customer for about 10 years and they look out for me. They have been phenomenal and have gone the second mile. They've been a watchdog for me without even asking. If they see a renewal coming in at a much higher premium than the last time, they present to me my options. I never have to think about getting the best deal. They find it for me without even asking. They are very caring and personable. I'm not just money in their pocket, I'm a person that matters to them. more

Competent Medicare advice 6/18/2013

American Insurance are well-respected in our neighborhood. I talked to some other people who recommended them. They provide educational information - they did a library program. They also gave helpful advice and assistance with the Medicare maze. Both the Part D Medicare and the supplement was all I was using them for this time. Maybe more later. more

In my opinion, AMERICAN INSURANCE ASSOC. is always top-notch. What they do is they make the experience easy. They do all the work. They shop around to find the best rates for me and my situation. Then they align me with the best policy. From year to year, they keep watch and if they see something out there that's better for me, they'll let me know rather than waiting for me to see it and come to them. And the service is outstanding. Joan is awesome! She has such attention-to-detail. She sends me the forms to fill out and takes care of everything. She helps to make it a painless process. more

I have a home owners policy with American Insurance Association and I am in the process of looking at quotes for auto insurance. Their staff is extremely helpful and go over and above to provide good customer service. more

American Insurance Association is friendly and I like how they conduct their business. In general and overall I think highly of them. They answer my questions and I am satisfied with their coverage. more
