In my opinion, AMERICAN INSURANCE ASSOC. is always top-notch. What they do is they make the experience easy. They do all the work. They shop around to find the best rates for me and my situation. Then they align me with the best policy.
From year to year, they keep watch and if they see something out there that's better for me, they'll let me know rather than waiting for me to see it and come to them.
And the service is outstanding. Joan is awesome! She has such attention-to-detail. She sends me the forms to fill out and takes care of everything. She helps to make it a painless process.
