American Insurance Associates are great. Just wonderful people. I've been a customer for about 10 years and they look out for me. They have been phenomenal and have gone the second mile. They've been a watchdog for me without even asking. If they see a renewal coming in at a much higher premium than the last time, they present to me my options. I never have to think about getting the best deal. They find it for me without even asking. They are very caring and personable. I'm not just money in their pocket, I'm a person that matters to them.
