Alpha Automobile was a wonderful. They worked with me for a year to get the car I always wanted. They were focused, driven, patient and professional. Since I work a lot their made it easy for me to get the car without wasting any time. They delivered the car to me, and made sure the tires were replaced. My experience with Alpha Automobile was great. All I had to do was tell them what I wanted and it was all taken care of for me. They even had the car delivered and had I sign the papers at work. I never had to deal with pressure sales at car lots. more

The first two reps we worked with were not near as thorough on explaining the paperwork process and reasoning behind some of their suggestions. I live in Shreveport, La. Alpha Automobile and their assistant drove the vehicle to my home from Dallas saving me and my wife a trip to get the vehicle. All papers were in order and there were no problems with financial arrangements. Over-all an excellent experience and I would recommend this agency to anyone. more
