Alpha Automobile Sales is my first choice when ever I need to purchase a vehicle. We have purchased 4 vehicles from Alpha and my experience with this company has been exceptional. I was greeted promptly by Alpha Automobile Sales when I arrived. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the time I came until I left. They recommended some maintenance services, gave me accurate time frames and kept me well updated. My car is running much better. I will definitely be back. more

This is the best place to take your Volvo! I have been to two different car repair services and one other Volvo repair shop, this is the only place that actually fixed my car. They were prompt with both getting my car in and the repair. The prices are very reasonable. This will be the only place I take my car for repairs! more

The thing that impressed me the most is that the guy working In the finance department bent over backwards to get me the best financing available. And I'm really happy with my new 2013 Cadillac srx. Service department has a great staff willing to solve an issue with your car you may have. I understand that what’s wrong with my car isn’t their fault but they treat it as if it was and do whatever they can to make it right. Compare to other places one may go in the sale/service industry not including just automotive they make me feel like someone important vs other places you go to spend money were they just want to get you in and out and courtesy doesn't exist. I purchased my TT here and sure, I sat in their offices for hours haggling over prices (it's my forte) but in the end, it was a very worthwhile experience. If you need a car and have the down payment you can walk in and drive away here. They will do whatever they can to help you and if you feel like you want to wait they are always there for you when your ready to make a purchase. I love this place got me a huge truck and its helping to build my credit unlike those buy here pay here rental places! Team Alpha all the way!! more

OK so the other day i wake up to my car being totally screwed. i have little to no credit and not very long job history i knew the chances of me getting a car were beyond crazy but i stopped by Alpha Automobile Sales and that day they worked MAGIC because not only did they get me a car but an amazing car at that. I just bought a chevy impala from Alpha Auto Sales and i love my car. I didnt know where to go or what to get but after looking around for a little while, I felt more than comfortable at Alpha. Not only were they nice to me, they were also very respectful. They didnt treat me like just another customer. They made me feel like a friend. Even the finance manager, Mr. Wilson, was so nice. He explained every detail about everything to me. I would definitely recommend Alpha to anyone. more
