I want to share an exceptionally wonderful experience that I just had with All Care thanks to the newly hired Office Manager, Rachel. I called All Care for an estimate on some projects around my house and Rachel was the person that took all of my project information down. Right away she spoke to me in a way that put me at ease which helped me remember all of the details that I was sure I was going to forget. She asked me the right questions and we talked like we were friends. She told me that she was going to forward my information on to her estimator and that I'd hear from either him or her in the next few days.
2-3 days passed and I got a call from Rachel and she told me that she didn't have an estimate for me yet, but that she wanted me to know that "I wasn't forgotten" and that "Lencho" would be out to meet with me the following day. And sure enough that next morning Rachel called me again with a general time frame for my estimate appointment that day. The estimator, Lencho was very nice also and he really listened to me.
And to my surprise the following morning I saw that I missed a call from All Care and had a voicemail. I checked the voicemail, which was Rachel. I called her back and she had already emailed me my estimate information and then, bless her heart she walked me through it over the phone also. I went ahead and am having All Care do my lawn work! I was so impressed with the relationship that Rachel built with me and with her follow thru. You really got lucky with her! I will definitely refer people I know to All Care Service. Keep up the good work!
