Betty V.\r .We started to get the bubbles from the shower drain which indicated the sewer line was probably plugged. We called AllPro and Eugene Joseph came out. A very pleasant, professional man. He gave us 3 quotes to pick from. After that he got to work. He flushed the line. After which he put the camera down the line and saw the real problem. Our sewer line was broke due to tree roots growing through them. He gave us another estimate was what it would cost to fix this. We in turn gave the quote to our landlord. Eugene Joseph was awesome. more

Doug Rivera is an excellent professional plumber who obviously knows his profession! He provided excellent service and explained in detail how the water softener works and how beneficial it is for my residence. He was very thorough and I absolutely love his customer service! Very knowledgeable I would recommend this plumber and company for any water softener or water heater install. The entire installation was worth the price as they have great plans and rebates!! more

This weekend, my heater went out. Fortunately, I had a real pro from Texas All Pro living two houses away from me. The technician, Rudy Flores was the consummate professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave his recommendations. He also took the time to talk to my landlord on the phone to explain what he found. Not only was I impressed with Rudy's professional knowledge, but I also was grateful for his respectful demeanor. I would strongly recommend everyone to check out Texas All Pro, and by all means ask for Rudy Flores.. more

If you value your property or your family's lives, do NOT rely on their service contract. I have had Allpro's maintenance contract for 2 years following installation of a new ac/heating system. They failed to notice that the installation wasn't up to code, that the drain stem was incorrectly capped, that I had a carbon monoxide leak, and a host of other dangerous and system-threatening problems. Though they didn't notice the problems, they always recommended expensive and non-related OTHER things. I am fortunate that it was mild weather and I hadn't used the furnace during this time or I would probably be dead. more

Wow! Excellent service! My ac was completely broke and these people had someone at my house at 8pm on a Friday night. They provided me with a portable ac and are even installing my new one on a Saturday!! These guys have to be the best deal in town. They offered me a military discount as well. I was even researching online to compare prices and consumer reports while Rudy was here, he backed everything I was reading online. I highly recommend this company, very professional, reasonably priced, and knowledgable! more

I got a Groupon for my father to get an A/C Check and Tune-Up and we could not have had a worse experience. They gave us an estimate of $2,100 in repairs and told us it would be around $6,000 to replace the whole system. The day after the technicians left, our A/C was gone! We called Beltran to come out and give a second opinion and we were told that all of our FreeON leaked out because Texas All Pro left the valves open and it would be over $500 to replace all of the FreeON in the system. Before calling Beltran, we tried calling Texas All Pro four times to get them to come out and check the system and repair our A/C that was no longer working. We went without A/C for five days!!! They made two appointments with us and just never showed up. I would never work with that company again. They have horrible customer service, absolutely no follow-up and because it would cost so much to replace the FreeON that they let leak from our system, we have to replace the entire A/C unit!!! Horrible!!! more

They made it right. I spoke with Henry and he had a Tech (Jeff) come out and take care of me. Jeff did an amazing job, he took care of my house like it was his own. Thank you o much Henry and Jeff for making a bad experience an good one. After today I would definitely recommend Texas All Pro Plumbing and Air Conditioning! AWESOME job Jeff! more

I have used your plumbing services several times now, and have been delighted each time. The two instances that stand out in my memory were both commode replacements, one in my grandmother's house and the other in a rental house. Grandmother is extremely proud of her little home, and she beamed from ear to ear as she told me how careful your tech was to not drip on her carpet and leave the work area neater than he found it! In the rental house, the commode had a minor manufacturer's defect. Your tech came back and fixed the problem, quickly, efficiently and without charging us for the call! Kudos on a well-run operation. It's refreshing to finally see a plumbing company take customer service seriously. more

One morning, my wife called and said water was in the wash (washer & dryer) room and in the garage. The flame on the hot water heater had shot outside of its confined area and melted the drain nozzle and water was leaking out. I called Texas All Pro and they sent a man that day and replaced the hot water heater. Great job and quick! Since then I had them install a water softener to help this water heater last longer. more

Prompt service (from answering 1AM call to repair). Repairman provided comprehensive inspection of AC. Prices are in a laminated book & include the cost of part(s) labor so you know everyone pays the same rate. more

I would like to thank you and your staff for their prompt response and service. The service tech, Jeremy, was very understanding and courteous. He was very knowledge. The hot water tank was leaking at the top valve and very rusted. He replaced the hot water tank. He explained the different types your company offered and their costs. The work was completed in quick fashion. I would highly recommend them. more
