Doug Rivera is an excellent professional plumber who obviously knows his profession! He provided excellent service and explained in detail how the water softener works and how beneficial it is for my residence. He was very thorough and I absolutely love his customer service! Very knowledgeable I would recommend this plumber and company for any water softener or water heater install. The entire installation was worth the price as they have great plans and rebates!!
