I had All Area out to my business' roof in Northern Tampa last week to take a look at a leak that got out of hand from the last set of storms we had. I had been putting it off because I was afraid what it was going to be and have never found a roofer I particularly trusted a whole lot.
Kevin came out to assess the situation and after a pretty thorough inspection, he came up with some things we can do to make it last a little longer without the huge expense of a replacement. I don't fell like he was taking advantage of the situation and will consult him on everything I do from now on.
