Alexan Eagle Creek

I have been living in this apartments for a year and I can't wait to leave this place. There is a lot of insecurity and robberies all the time. I woke up today (12/16/12) to walk my dog and two cars didn't have their tires. Management came with this stupid idea of locking exit doors which make it very dangerous in case of a fire. \r \r Management should get a security officer at nights versus a useless police car parked in front of the community.\r \r You should avoid to renting in this community more

WOW... what day were you there? We too were looking for an appartment and stopped at Alexan Eagle Creek. Talk about a great place. We too had just come in from the rain. The girls at the desk were great. Told us to be careful because of the wet floors and gave us paper towels to dry our hand off with. We told them we were looking for a Third floor apartment and needed to move in within a month. The girls told us to be careful again because it had just stopped raining and that one of them could take us around to show us several floor plans and WOW this place is beautful. My wife and I are looking forward to moving into these apartments. more

My husband and I were looking for apartments on the Northeast Beltway area recently and came across Alexan. It is very nice to look at from the outside. However, when we walked inside the leasing office, the woman was hard to talk to and she talked down to us. It happened to have rained that day and it had just stopped sprinkling. She said she couldn't show any apartments because of legal liabilities. I know this is a crock because we had just viewed other apartment complexes down the street from them when it was actually raining. The lady had just gotten a new spray tan (you could see her goggle lines) and didn't want to get wet even though it wasn't raining anymore. She gave us very little information and was very quick to push us out the door. Do not waste your time or money. There are other places really close by that are cheaper with nicer staff. Even the new place that is opening near 59 was nicer and friendlier than Alexan. Pros: Quality is nice Cons: Horrible office staff more
