I had a horrible first visit and would never go back. I felt the office and its conditions were unsanitary and the nurse was very rude. The doctor and nurse did not make me feel comfortable nor welcomed... the last way that you'd want to feel when you're visiting an obgyn. more

Dr. Slack has evaluated and treated me for post-menopausal bleeding over the past year. I have many medical problems and have been very bad about making it to the gynecologist. Needless to say, I waited until there was a problem, which made me even more anxious at my visit. Dr. Slack and her assistant put me at ease at the first visit and treat me more like family than a patient. Not only does she have gentle hands, but Dr. Slack really cares, even calling me at home after simple procedures to make sure I'm doing okay. And they even got a examination table that is adjustable so that I can get up and down safely (I had a stroke a few years and have limited mobility). I love Dr. Slack and her entire office. Go to see her!! more

It's so hard to find doctors who genuinely care about their patients and can run an efficient office. I recently visited Dr. Scott Kramer at Women's Health Specialists in Fremont. First of all the receptionist was very friendly and got me in to see him after work on the same day I called. Second, I did that dreaded paperwork by downloading and completing the forms beforehand. Third, I was seen on time--really within 10 minutes of my appointment time after the nice nurse got me ready. Best of all was that Dr. Kramer took more time than any other gynecologist has done previously to review my history, and teach me about things I didn't know I had a choice about. They even sent my PAP results to me by e-mail within a week of my visit. I've seen women doctors at other practices and they're cold and too busy for me. Go see Dr. Kramer if you want a doctor who is very thorough, and most importantly friendly. more

I see Dr siobhon Calhoun at Womens Health Specialist. She was too good to me through out the birth of my child helping me in everyway she could clearing all my doubts. she had a level of expertise and service that is nothing less than outstanding. The most important qualities I found in her were experience, knowledge, and dedication. A good thing I liked in Womens Health specialist is that they make u switch between doctors thts really good at time of baby birth as one tend to get accustomed with most of them n u need not have to see a new doctors face at child birth more

Dr. Aleman is fantastic! She delivered my first child when I gave birth on a holiday, and was my primary OB during my second pregnancy. Although she was not on call when I went into labor with my second child in the middle of the night she made it a point to visit me the next morning and see how I was doing. Dr. Aleman is very compassionate and understands what pregnant women are going through. She offers competent, gentle advice and helps with what can be an exciting and stressful time. I strongly recommend her to all expectant Moms! more

The doctors at Women's Health Specialists are wonderful. They understand what you as a woman are going through, especially when you are pregnant. They encourage and helo you when you are feeling emotionally stressed, and there is always a doctor on call to ask for advice, or to deliver your baby if you go into labor on a holiday or in the middle of the night. Best of all, they encourage you to meet all of the doctors so in the case that you go into labor 'off hours' you will have met the person who is with you in the delivery room. If you are pregnant (or trying to get pregnant) then this is a place you should check out! more

She is an excellent and very dedicated doctor . She showed great patience, dedication and care during the borth of our first child. She is easily accessible and part of quality team of doctors. her office is across washington hospital. She is one of those doctors for whom dedication to patients is first and money second. She is very hardworking. I very highly recommend her. more

This group is excellent with some fine quality doctors. We used this team during the birth of my first baby and they were very helpful, caring and went out of the way to help us. We had complication during the pregnancy but this team handled it with utmost care. I highly recommend them. more
