Albert's Diamond Jewelers

I purchased I a three stone diamond ring from Albert's Jewelers on 4/21/2010. I worked with Crisy D and the owner Josh Halpern.\r \r Through the process, my questions were answered with limited amounts of truth. When I asked questions like what is the difference between GIA and EGL they gave me answers like "we check the quality of every diamond that comes in here so it doesn't matter." This was typical for them to answer my questions like they were politicians trying to avoid an issue. Despite my reservations about how I had been treated I figured the owner would give me a decent price since I was referred to him by a mutual friend. I have never written a review about any place I have been in my life. My experience with Alberts was so bad that I felt I needed to make people aware of the shady business practices of this dump. My friend referred me here because he told me he has known the owner, Josh, since college. I figured they would give me an honest price and quality service based on this referral. Alberts Jewelers offers a wide variety of diamonds to choose from. I bought a diamond from them and their employees were very kind in helpmind me select one and offer me a payment plan. I can come in whenever I want and get it cleaned for free, which is just an added bonus! They also offers watches, most of which look very nice and cost a reasonable amount. Once, my ring broke, and they repaired it FREE of charge and fixed it after 45 minutes! Their employees are so nice and very caring to their customers, I can't reccomend them enough! I went to Alberts Jewelers to resize my ring. The store was very clean and organized. The employers were super helpful and nice. The prices to resize my ring was great. They resized it great. It was an 1 hour wait. They also specialized in diamonds. They have a great sortment of diamonds. This store is a very trusted site. I would recommend this site to others. more

I have bought several diamond pieces from Alberts. The workers here are awsome. They are very knowledgable. They offer financing for those in need of it. The jewelry here is beautiful and priced right. You will not get ripped off at this store. They also do ear piercing for all ages. Albert is amazing and very sweet. I recomend this place to all. more
