These people will steal the money from your wallet in a heartbeat and think nothing of it. High pressure sales tactics and deceptive/excessive pricing is their forte. Save yourself some grief and look elsewhere for your own good!!!!! $6000 for a 2 ton unit...and in a 1 1/2 year, they had to repair the air handler and the condenser twice. In that time frame I had 12 work orders with various problems....they did not want to give us an new unit all they do is try to repair..... more

Excellent service, top notch personnel I had an excellent experience with Air Rescue all the way around. My old system was very inefficient - costing me large electric bills and providing little real comfort. With Air Rescue I replaced it with an 18 SEER high efficiency top-of-the-line system (inside air handler and outside condenser). From the very knowledgeable salesperson who spec'd the new system and provided a wealth of great information, to the top-notch installers, to the duct cleaning serviceman that was included, all of the personnel were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I can't say enough about the service they provided and the caring attitude they demonstrated. New system is whisper quiet and high quality just as they promised. I switched from a scam company, who just tries to sell you stuff, and barely even does a service(Cust Clim Cntrl Clrwtr), and called these guys after hearing a deal advertised on local a.m. radio, the guy showed up 1.5 hours after making the appointment, did stuff that I never saw an a/c guy do during a basic service, and told me what I needed and what I will need in the future and what I could wait to get(im laid-off), there was no pressure to buy anything, the guy even put on booties over his boots......he was great! I cant say enough about this company, and the service that is usually over a hundred dollars was like $49 or something close to that...pure professional I recommended them, actually the same tech(e left his busines card and cell phone number), to my friend who owns 2 homes and he had the same praise of the company.....great job guys! A company that understands the customer and not the dollar! They won me over and I will continue to use them for as long as I own my home, and believe me, if I wasnt "wow'd" I wouldnt have taken the time to write this! Pros: Polite Professional Fast more
