We scheduled an appointment and to my surprise he was able to accommodate my schedule. Two technicians came to inspect and diagnose the garage door and provided me with several resolutions. They explained to me that the cables are susceptible to coming loose or even breaking because of their constant movement. Anyway, they solved the problem by re-aligning the cables with out any need to replace them. I am very pleased and satisfied with their work. They were on time, reliable and professional.
