My garage door was giving me problems and sometimes it would constantly get jammed. I was getting very annoyed and frustrated dealing with this. When I contacted one of the technicians from this company and explained the problem he immediately pinpointed what the problem was. We scheduled an appointment and to my surprise he was able to accommodate my schedule. Two technicians came to inspect and diagnose the garage door and provided me with several resolutions. They explained to me that the cables are susceptible to coming loose or even breaking because of their constant movement. Anyway, they solved the problem by re-aligning the cables with out any need to replace them. I am very pleased and satisfied with their work. They were on time, reliable and professional. I highly recommend this company for anything you need to do with your garage door.
