Satisfied the first 2 times 9/21/2017

I was very happy when I found out that Adam lived so close and was able to get our pump temporarily working. Happy again when he returned to replace it. What made me unhappy was that Adam was scheduled again, this time to check our gas lines and the office called and cancelled the appt and said he will not return. more

above and beyond my expectations 9/20/2017

I had been using Smith P & H for more than 18 years. On a Saturday morning I called their emergency number regarding a water leak in one of my rentals. Left a message to return my call. Not having received a call by Sunday morning I decided it was time to call another plumber. Went on line and found Affordable Plumbing web site. I called their week end # and they had a tech on site within the hour. I was kept informed of the progress and when the problem was diagnosed, I was informed of the charges before repairs were made. Upon completion of repairs, again I was informed. The tenant stated that the technician was courteous and professional. Thank you for your service. more

Great Job Fixing Someone Else's Mistake 9/19/2017

Jonathan was able to diagnose the problem and fix it immediately. He basically had to fix another person's poor installation of the vent on our disposal unit. He was polite, on time, and did a great job. It was not an easy fix due to the poor installation, but he stuck with it until he got it fixed. more

Overall very satisfied. 9/19/2017

The only downside was the cost. That being said, the service was prompt and very courteous. The estimate for the repair to the sewer line was more than double what the cost ended up being locally. It's very difficult to get a plumber on short notice so the extra cost was market driven. Especially considering it was it Woodland Park service call. more
