No problem they were a little late. However, the scare tactics and high pressure sales pitch was not appreciated. Trying to sell us a new furnace, a new air conditioner and a service contract as well was just way too much! Also the initial bill seemed unreasonably high and when we complained a $100 was immediately knocked off. Seems like the company is out to take advantage of senior citizens! However, I am pleased with the work that was done and the clean up. All seemed to be done well and looks nice.
