I had been using Smith P & H for more than 18 years. On a Saturday morning I called their emergency number regarding a water leak in one of my rentals. Left a message to return my call. Not having received a call by Sunday morning I decided it was time to call another plumber. Went on line and found Affordable Plumbing web site. I called their week end # and they had a tech on site within the hour. I was kept informed of the progress and when the problem was diagnosed, I was informed of the charges before repairs were made. Upon completion of repairs, again I was informed. The tenant stated that the technician was courteous and professional. Thank you for your service.
