Wonderful Service 2/3/2012

Affordable Catering was wonderful to work with! They helped me to create a custom menu for my wedding. The food was delicious! I especially loved the Mediterranean Feta Spread and the Ice Cream Sundae Bar. On the day of the service staff was very professional and attentive - they even made sure that my groom and I had enough to eat. My guests have been raving to me about the catering. Working with Affordable Catering was great from start to finish. more

Great Overall Catering! 12/12/2011

Affordable Catering was a delight to use from the first phone call until the last leftover was boxed up. They helped us choose the menu that was right for our party & within our budget without tacking on extra fees later. Our server, Claudio, arrived early to set up a stunning buffet station that was more beautiful than anything I could do, & then kept it looking beautiful as he served food thoughout the party. Our guests loved the food, especially the hot crab dip & the meatballs, & there was more than enough for everyone. Claudio also jumped in & helped clear plates, emptied garbage & chipped in any time he saw something that should be done, so that we got to feel like guests at our own party. He even helped me pack away the leftovers & then left the room that we'd served the food in so clean that you'd never have guessed that we'd served 50 people there. We'll definitely use Affordable Catering & Claudio again for our next party & wish we'd had them for all the ones previous. \r more

Fabulous Catering Service 8/24/2010

Our party Friday night was a huge success. Our staff was raving about the servers and how awesome they were. The food was wonderful and the tables were beautiful how they set them up. I was extremely thrilled. I will definitely use your company again and would recommend you to anyone looking for a fabulous catering service. more

Our reception went really well, and the food was delish. The servers were the best and completely took care of everything at the reception! I just want to give a big thanks to everyone involved. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff was incredible and so professional. It started from the very beginning at the first consultation. Jill was informative and attentive. Communication was always clear. Leslie and Jill were both able to take my phone calls. I never had to wait on someone to call, they were each involved. Great teamwork! I was made to feel that my event was just as important to them as is was to me. Everything was simple, but elegant. Just the way we wanted it! Terrible Customer Service and Tasteless Food (Except for a load of salt) 5/7/2008

Not recommended. The crew on-site are diligent and hardworking, however the office staff leave ALOT to be desired. No manners. Tastings are done in groups with other clients and there is no individual service whatsoever. There are many other catering companies in the Tampa Bay Area who provide both quality service and good food. This is not one of them. Need I say more? Pros: Cheap Prices Cons: Cheap Quality...Get what you pay for! more

Wonderful food, friendly staff, great presentation 5/10/2007

Affordable Catering was wonderful to work with. Their website was great because all of the menus and pricing where right there on it. I was event able to look at pictures and set up a consultation right from the website. Their staff was very friendly and made planning my wedding easier. They make every kind of food you can think of and even let me customize my menu. On my wedding day the presentation was just beautiful. The servers and bartenders were so professional. They did everything we could have hoped for. I would highly recommend Affordable Catering to anyone who needs to higher a caterer.
