When it comes to heels, they do a great job of offering similar styles in different heel heights so you don't have to break your ankle to look good.
Winter styles are also excellent, whether you need casual or dressy.
Service is also pretty good - I once bought a pair of shoes at an outlet store upstate. Since I had tried on 2 different sizes, the sales girl accidentally but 2 different sizes in one box. Aerosoles in NYC called up the outlet and had them mail me a brand new pair in the correct size - I had them in a few days.
