10 yrs ago I would have done the job myself. But at 71 I didnt have the flexability needed to do the job myself But still I thought the price of $962 was pretty steep for an hours worth of labor and $50 in parts RESPONSE FROM Advantage Plumbing, Inc.: Thank you for the high review from our recent visit. Total high marks for Advantage Plumbing. Same day service, reasonable fee to come to the house - SENIOR DISCOUNT - and courteous staff. Have called them again to do additional work. Will consider them my "staff plumbers" from now on. more

I recently worked with Advantage Plumbing, Inc. and they did a great job with their work. They came to my home to replace a faucet outside. I thought that the pricing for their work was a little high, but plumbing work in general can be kind of expensive, so I appreciated the work that they came out to do. In the end, everything turned out very well and as I had expected. The staff who came to do the work was on time and they were very friendly. Overall, I was happy with their work so I would recommend them to future customers. I hope they keep it up! Thanks for everything! more

I used Advantage Plumbing to fix a plumbing problem I had in my residence. They came in and explained the problem, but didn't agree to do the work. The staff was kind, however. more

Had a clogged drain, called them up, they came out, quoted us a price we agreed with, they failed to unclog drain with equipment on hand, told us they'd have to charge us more $$ to unclog drain using different equipment, we refused to pay higher price, but still had to pay original quote for an unfixed drain because they came out and tried, but failed. At the end of the day, we are out$300 and the problem is still not fixed. more

Simply put they do a great job, are friendly and clean-very. They are quick to respond to calls and assist customers. They are flexible and understand financial concerns. I would recommend their services. more

I was very stressed when I called for help. The lady on the phone was awesome and very easy to work with. Alan came out to fix a plumbing issue in my camper. He took his time explaining the problem and made sure I understood. He got the issue fixed right away. He was quick, efficient, and very pleasant. The lady that answered the phone and Alan both seemed to truly care about my situation. I'd definitely recommend this company to everyone. I have their number saved on both my phones. I'm really glad I found them. more

Our old home has been a challenge for everyone involved in the renovation. But Advantage Plumbing has been most accommodating. They are timely, professional, experienced, and very understanding of changes that needed to be made. They are willing to work with you no matter the time involved. We still have work to be done and I know they will be there for me. more

I am so thankful I found Advantage! By far the best plumbing service in the Niles area. I have relied on them for the past 7 years, and they have never let me down. They are great at trying to schedule times to fit your schedule, everyone is friendly, pricing is reasonable, and they take the time to listen to you and explain things to you. I am very impressed with Advantage Plumbing and the work they do. I have not had any problems with them and would absolutely recommend them to other people. They are a very fine organization. They put in a water softener for me and it works great. It was a bit of a diiffcult installation because they needed to run some special waterlines to put it in. They did a good job with that. They also took the time to give me an explanation about how to operate the device, which many folks don't do and I really appreciated that. I've also had some experience with them providing emergency services and that has been great too. For example, we had a plugged up drain at our house on Christmas eve. So I called them around two in the afternoon with this urgent issue. By five they had arrived at our house and then went ahead and fixed the problem. Their service people are always very professional and polite. And their staff who answer the phone are also very friendly, helpful and courteous. I appreciate that when I call, it's a real person at the other end. The other thing I really like about them is that once they do a job, they make sure to do a follow up call, to check that everything's fine. Not everyone does that. Overall, they're just a fine service. more
