I am very impressed with Advantage Plumbing and the work they do. I have not had any problems with them and would absolutely recommend them to other people. They are a very fine organization. They put in a water softener for me and it works great. It was a bit of a diiffcult installation because they needed to run some special waterlines to put it in. They did a good job with that. They also took the time to give me an explanation about how to operate the device, which many folks don't do and I really appreciated that. I've also had some experience with them providing emergency services and that has been great too. For example, we had a plugged up drain at our house on Christmas eve. So I called them around two in the afternoon with this urgent issue. By five they had arrived at our house and then went ahead and fixed the problem. Their service people are always very professional and polite. And their staff who answer the phone are also very friendly, helpful and courteous. I appreciate that when I call, it's a real person at the other end. The other thing I really like about them is that once they do a job, they make sure to do a follow up call, to check that everything's fine. Not everyone does that. Overall, they're just a fine service.
