Waited 7 weeks for a ""critical"" part and despite numerous emails and phone calls on my part, never received a response. When finally was able to confirm part was in, dealer unable to schedule a service appointment for another week and could care less about their poor service/handling of the situation. Love my BMW but hate the service. more

This is the first review I have ever written. I feel like it is my duty to warn others before wasting money on this car. I have a BMW 550i, and love the way it looks and drives. Unfortunately, I am not able to enjoy it because it is CONSTANTLY in the shop. It is always small things, but it still takes time. On top of the inconvenience, the service guys are extremely rude. If I was buying a car now, I would drive on down to LEXUS. My mom has one; it is never broken and the service department is great. more

i have a car that is 18 months old, it has been in the shop every month for a week since i drove it off the lot. they have replaced one electrical feature after another. the abundant amount of hours i have sat in the small waiting room over crowded with people will never be regained. it has truly been one of the worst customer service experiences i have ever had. i regret ever having walked through the doors of Advantage much less writing the lease check every month. the attitude of Advantage is just keep bringing it back till we get it right, who has the time? my suggestion DRIVE THE OTHER DIRECTION! Pros: its easy to get to for all the repairs you will need Cons: all the repairs you will need more
