This is the first review I have ever written. I feel like it is my duty to warn others before wasting money on this car. I have a BMW 550i, and love the way it looks and drives. Unfortunately, I am not able to enjoy it because it is CONSTANTLY in the shop. It is always small things, but it still takes time. On top of the inconvenience, the service guys are extremely rude. If I was buying a car now, I would drive on down to LEXUS. My mom has one; it is never broken and the service department is great.
