Advance Tree Pros

I hired them to remove 3 palm trees from my yard. I am an out of town landlord. When the job was done, they called for payment, and stupid me, I gave them my credit card info before checking with my tenant. When my tenant got home, he told me that the fence had been damaged, apparently by falling branches, and the yard was a mess. I called Advance Tree Pros on numerous occasions. They said they'd fix the fence and never did, and now neither Brandon nor Kyle will return my calls. more

Hired Brandon and crew years ago to cut a large limb that had fallen off our tree onto our neighbor's shed. They came while I was at work. When I came home, the limb was still on the shed, untouched. However, 2 panels of my fence were removed and 3 large stumps were in my flower bed crushing my pet's burial sites. My yard had been smashed by a heavy Bobcat-sprinklers and gate broken. Come to find out, at the request of my neighbor instead of working for me who hired him, Brandon spent the day cutting down the neighbor's OTHER tree. Seems the neighbor convinced Brandon that we 'would be fine' with them removing our fence and using our yard for THEIR tree removal and stump storage. We were not. Brandon had no clue how to handle this situation. He is not a trustworthy or knowledgeable businessman. more

Advanced tree pros dropped a palm on my screen, then would not respond to calls. When i got a hold of Brandon he scheduled an appointment but never showed up. They never covered the expense of fixing the screen and frame. \r more

Advance Tree Pros did a great job removing a large pine tree and trimming three oak trees in my yard. The pine tree was difficult to get to and right next to our a/c. They worked fast and were considerate of personal property. I received three quotes from different tree services and they were the cheapest. I would use them again and highly recommend them. more

Came on 1/26/12 did a great job cutting down 2 large oak trees.. But they never came back to grind the stumps... Brandon gave me the run around for a few days, saying they be there to get the stumps done (said it was a comunication problem with his subcontractor). Two weeks later 2/1/12, they no longer are returning my calls... It says in my contract payment in full after trees cut down(so I did pay him), may be a few day later for stump grinder to arrive to do the grinding.. I thought Brandon's word was good, thought you got to trust him to finish the job, I had read the good review on this web page, so I was not worried. I would not ever use Brandon's service again, because you are only good as you word. If by some chance Brandons contacts me with a justifible excuse, I will be glad to change my review. Otherwise, I will be contacting Better Business Burough and ... down 2 large oak trees.. But they never came back to grind the stumps... My cat had been stuck in our tree 7 days 50 foot up and we tried everything! We were referred to Brandon at Advance Tree Pros. He expertly climbed up and had help from his partner Zack from the ground. They had my cat down within minutes. I am so thankful! They are truly professionals! more

Brandon and crew did an ok job taking down my oak tree. The price was the lowest that I received however when my property was damaged I had to repair it. I made at least 12 phone calls to Brandon and got many different excuses that his concrete man would be out to complete the repair. Well after waiting for more than a month I did the repair myself. I would think twice about hiring him again. more

Brandon and his crew showed up nice and early to trim our rather large oak tree. They did an AMAZING job with trimming the tree, cleaning up the branches and not a speck of saw dust anywhere, all done with in a couple of hours. Brandon showed up with his team and trimmed the 40+ year old oak tree in my back yard in under 2 hours! They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves, no branches or sawdust anywhere. Great job and great price also. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs to have their trees trimmed. more

they might be the best tree trimmers,but i'll never know,we got price from brandon and set up a date to do the work.my wife took off work to make sure someone was here when he showed up at twelve ,i was taking off early to be there also.he didn't show up at 12,my wife called him,he said they would be over as soon as they were done with onother job..she called again,left a message for him to call back,no answer.she called again at 4,left another message,and to this day,he has never called back...not very reliable,i wouldn't reccomend him to anyone more

My husband and I were very pleased with the job Advance Tree Pros did for us. They removed one oak tree and trimmed 2 others in our front yard. We felt they did excellent work at a bargain price! We called 2 other tree services for estimates and Advance Tree Pros was the lowest...it was also important to us that they were certified arborists. In the past we had tree services that use the ""knives"" attached to their boots to climb the trees which damages the tree bark. Advance Tree Pros does NOT do this! We would definitely call them again. more

We've been calling Advance Tree Pros, Brandon Cipollone, for some years now. Advance Tree Pros has been maintaining, removing and helping us with our yard and trees, and they are great! They are on time, you can count on them showing up when you call them, and they always clean up after. I called Advance Tree Pros and talked to Brandon on Monday afternoon, he came out that evening to give us a quote to trim 2 large maple trees and to remove 1 tree. The quote was very reasonable and Brandon and his crew came out on Tuesday afternoon and the work was done quickly, efficiently and professionally. Our front yard look great when they were done. Also they cleaned up everything and were very pleasant and helpful. Would reccomend them to family and friends and will definately be using them in the future. more
