Advance Tree Pros

I gave ATP a ""Sorta good"" rating because while the actual tree work was good, they took 10 days to haul off the dying tree debris (which was substantial- 1 mature oak removal and main branch removals on 3 others) that had been placed behind my home in an elementary school yard. While we had permission to access the school property, it was understood that the trees would be removed promptly. I got multiple calls from the school asking me why the job was not finished. When you've just payed thousands to have tree work done (which I naively paid on the owner's word that he would have the trees cleaned up the next day), you don't want to have to make excuses for why the company hasn't finished. I had to call the owner 3-4 times for over a week, finally asking for a partial refund for me to hire another company to clean up. At that point, they came out and removed everything but one big trunk, which presumably would not fit in the truck- I wonder how long that will sit there. The Principal at the school was concerned about the grass going brown beneath the piles. After surveying today, she was right. On another disappointing note, there was a landscape electrical box that was damaged by falling debris. The owner agreed to have ""his electrical guy"" come fix it. However, if he won't return my calls even to address the debris removal, I think its safe to assume that the electrical box repair is on me. I called Advance Tree Pros yesterday and they were here today to trim, shape and thin out several oak trees in my yard. Initially, I had planned to only have 2 trees done, but after seeing the great job they did on the first one, I had them do all three. It was definitely worth the money. Brandon and his crew did a fantastic job with the trees and all of the clean-up. They are also a green company, which is a great thing for everyone as well. I called Brandon at about 11:30 AM Tuesday, after waiting for almost three weeks for another tree service to trim up two large Oak trees on my property. Brandon said he could be out to my house at 5:00 PM to give me a estimate and was in fact here a couple of minutes early. That was good being I had waited almost a week after three calls to the other service just for an estimate. After looking over my trees he gave me an estimate that was more than fair, and said he could be have his crew here at 9:00AM on Thursday. Thursday morning they showed up just as promised and what happened over the next several hours was amazing! I now have two awesome looking Oak trees that are a beautifully trimmed. Brandon and his crew did a fantastic job, and I appreciate the attention to detail that all four of them displayed. Brandon and crew are what you look for when you want quality tree service. Thay showed up on time and got right to work after surveying the trees and making some excellent suggestions. People want their trees trimmed but sometimes don't know exactly how it should be done. These guys will offer alternate solutions. They took extra care not to trample flower beds or damage other plants while doing the work. I just had two cypress trees removed and two palms trimmed by Advance Tree Pros. Their name says it all. They're PROS! They were fast, friendly, and thorough! Got a fast estimate and even faster service. Their price just can't be beat! Believe me I've tried. You can get estimates until you're blue in the face. I have a stack here that you're more than welcome to. NO ONE came remotely close to the price I got from these guys. Their clean-up was so good my husband didn't even know they were here. As the guys were leaving, one of them stopped dead in his tracks and ran back to pick up just a couple of small twigs that were left in the road. THAT is a great clean-up job! Great price, great service...it doesn't get any better than that right? WRONG! I found out that not only is Advance Tree Pros and excellent company to deal with but they are GREEN! Yes, completely green! It's very nice to know that everything removed today will be completely recycled! A truly honest, customer service oriented company is very hard to come by these days. Brandon came out th same day I called for a 2 large oak tree removeal estimate. Turned out to be much less than another local company so I signed up immediately. I couldn't believe my eyes a few days later when I came home from work to see my house with sun shining down on it! They even did a little extra trimming on a 3rd tree to my surprise! We have a 50 year old oak that sits on the property line with our neighbor and spreads over both roofs - so being trimmed, thinned and ready for hurricane season is a must. Brandon from ATP returned my call immediately and was out to give me a quote the same afternoon. The size of the tree required using a bucket truck as well as a climber to trim it right - and ATP's price for this was in line with what another service charged us to trim last year without a bucket truck. After several bids by local tree service companies, we decided that Advance Tree Pros met all of our qualifications. First, we received a prompt same day estimate. We were impressed with their professional attitude and they answered all of our concerns. We requested to have our 4 oak trees trimmed as soon as possible; they did the job the same day! Returned my call and came out to give me an estimate the same day I contacted them. Gave a very fair estimate which didn't change after work was done. Was able to come out exactly when I wanted to do the work. Arrived fully equipped, did an awesome job, and left no mess or debris when they left!
