The physicians were good, very good. I believe they gave me good care & service.
The STAFF - there are a couple of staff members that are friendly, enthusiastic, & helpful. The majority you'd think are all new & clueless. They run behind schedule & it SHOWS,
They DO NOT take the TIME that cash up front clients deserve - that ALL clients deserve. Nobody will remember you or your name or what you are doing there.
The narcissistic surgical tech is very cold. In surgery for hours, the doctor had to tell her to please hold my hand. She did for a little while, anxious to get out of the room. She did not want to touch me.
As much pain as I was in next post op day, no one would help me with compression garment, & tho I complained 2 visits about the dressing glue nobody offered a solution to remove it.
One morning when she was on desk duty, surgical tech explained how proud she is of herself for arriving early everyday to organize her work. Clients start arriving @ 6:30am. Well HELLO DOLLY and you didn't make coffee? She never makes coffee because SHE doesn't drink it. Hmmm I'm paying 5K cash & you can't make coffee..Are you new here? Oh no, says she's been there a year. SHAME on ADORA CLINIC. Will never go back & have used word of mouth. Other med spas treat YOU as special.
