ADORE CLINIC Tampa office is a complete rip off! On top of the lies the Doctors and staff tell you in person I see they also post their own reviews (these were done Nov 7& 8 2013, all same day.. sounds fishy). I paid $3,900 for lipo, Dr. Robert Miles performed my surgery and my left side is now uneven with my right side and he refused to correct it. During my follow up visits he stated he make the correction after the healing process. Months after he was dismissive & disrespectful and just refuse to acknowledge his mistake. A waste of time and money. After consults with other surgeons the only way to correct this would be to make several fat injection in these areas, (may be hopeful) ADODRE CLINIC BEWARE!! more

Love this place, I have been a patient there for a couple years now. I started out with the Laser hair removal service that i purchased through Groupon. They did stop that service but offered me at a better value and service of the Ultracavitation. I recommend this service totally,it's such an Awesome service the techs make you feel so Relaxed and my results are wonderful. I also just bought a Accent deal. I also recommend this treatment. Im not having any problems getting scheduled either. I love the staff and the Dr is also so pleasant every time i see him. I am doing my Lipo with Adora in the next few months and i am so excited and just know they will do a Amazing job! I Recommend this Clinic despite all the bad hair removal problems. Thanks Adora for an a Amazing Service (: Ive been coming to Adora for years now and doing my Botox and fillers. I love the Doctors and staff here they are so welcoming! I also am doing Ultrasound cavitation which i Love and am getting Great Results!!! This is such a Great Atmosphere here i really Enjoy coming to Adora (: \r I am looking forward to doing the Smart Lipo also and i know i will be in Great hands with the Doctor here,he is such a nice welcoming man and im sure my Results will be Amazing!!!! more

Honestly the WORST business ever! I bought a Groupon deal for laser hair removal and was very disappointed with their customer service. Scheduling was a nightmare, and there have been multiple issues in the past few months. There have been times that I showed up for an appointment, and the lady to do the laser hair removal wasn't even there so I had to reschedule! I left multiple messages asking to speak to a manager about my concerns, and a manager NEVER called me back. They no longer do hair removal- because ""people burned"" (which I never once was burned) and then other employees said because ""their machines broke."" So who knows why they stopped- most likely because they sold too many Groupons and couldn't accommodate so many people. I had 9/12 sessions remaining, and they only gave me 50% of my money back for the inconvenience. more

As much as I loved chatting with the staff, I was more excited about using the iPad check in service which I think was called Patient Pad or something. Super cool technology even for the check in. more

I have been doing the ultrasonic cavitation and radio frequency skin tightening together on my stomach, you would never guess I have had kids! I absolutely love my results. more

Well I was about to buy a deal for laser skin treatment for my face, but no thank you. So glad I read the reviews first. If they treat the people who pay full price so poorly, it would definitely be a waste of my money! more

Scam!!! Either the worse run business ever or a total scam. Either way, waste of my money and my time! Would highly suggest using any other company besides this gimmick. If you actually get a chance to make it in to an apt without them cancelling, changing or telling you that you have to take the summer off ask them if it is a laser or a 60 watt light bulb they use. more

SCAM ALERT!!!!! I purchased a groupon for $100 / 6 laser hair treatments... after paying a lot more for this at Ideal Image, I thought this was a steal. If it sounds too good to be true - it usually is! After 6 sessions, there was absolutely NO CHANGE in my hair growth. more

I arranged over the phone with my assigned nurse the day before my smart lipo procedure and I arrived on time. After a 45 minute wait up and asked the receptionist if they forgot about me. Personal walked back and forth but no one came to greet or offer an explanation for the delay. About 11/2 later the same lady who had crossed the waiting area more then a few times without acknowledging my presence, turned out to be the over the phone arranging nurse who was going to take care of me. She appeared to be overwhelmed and in a bad mood. After the procedure, they did not have the undergarment and my daughter drove me from the clinic to the mall to find something temporary. On my follow up appointment I made all this observations to the Dr. he agreed that was not the best service and promised to relate my concerns. I never heard a word back. The procedure it self had decent results and the Dr. was pretty nice. Bottom line they have a lot of room for customer service improvement. more

The physicians were good, very good. I believe they gave me good care & service. The STAFF - there are a couple of staff members that are friendly, enthusiastic, & helpful. The majority you'd think are all new & clueless. They run behind schedule & it SHOWS, They DO NOT take the TIME that cash up front clients deserve - that ALL clients deserve. Nobody will remember you or your name or what you are doing there. The narcissistic surgical tech is very cold. In surgery for hours, the doctor had to tell her to please hold my hand. She did for a little while, anxious to get out of the room. She did not want to touch me. As much pain as I was in next post op day, no one would help me with compression garment, & tho I complained 2 visits about the dressing glue nobody offered a solution to remove it. One morning when she was on desk duty, surgical tech explained how proud she is of herself for arriving early everyday to organize her work. Clients start arriving @ 6:30am. Well HELLO DOLLY and you didn't make coffee? She never makes coffee because SHE doesn't drink it. Hmmm I'm paying 5K cash & you can't make coffee..Are you new here? Oh no, says she's been there a year. SHAME on ADORA CLINIC. Will never go back & have used word of mouth. Other med spas treat YOU as special. more

My sister and I both got the groupon for 6 laser hair removal sessions. We scheduled our first appointments together, within 15 minutes. After waiting for nearly 45 minutes, she was finally called back. I figured they'd call me back shortly. Two hours after my appointment time I confronted the woman at the front desk. She told me they were running behind and I'd be called back soon. A few minutes later, a man called me to an empty room, apologised for the wait and offered me 6 more sessions for free. That did make the wait slightly better, and then I was finally called back. The woman explained that the machine wasn't working, and she kept having to press the button to get it to work. After this I figured I'd give them a few more tries before I decided what I think of them. more
