My sister and I both got the groupon for 6 laser hair removal sessions. We scheduled our first appointments together, within 15 minutes. After waiting for nearly 45 minutes, she was finally called back. I figured they'd call me back shortly. Two hours after my appointment time I confronted the woman at the front desk. She told me they were running behind and I'd be called back soon. A few minutes later, a man called me to an empty room, apologised for the wait and offered me 6 more sessions for free. That did make the wait slightly better, and then I was finally called back. The woman explained that the machine wasn't working, and she kept having to press the button to get it to work. After this I figured I'd give them a few more tries before I decided what I think of them.
