dr miles is an artist and awesome !!his surgery changed my life!! i guess most people dont bother to post when they are happy!!!! i recieved lipo three liters went from fat to flat stomach and a brazilion butt lift wow i look like kim k . honestly guys cannot believe my body i am 49 years old married to a 28 yr old and he is sooo jealous!! will post pix on realself im going back for my 3rd lipo for more stomach curves and my arms for christmas !! best thing i have done for my looks!!! more

ADORA CLINIC Tampa office is a complete rip off! On top of the lies the Doctors and staff tell you in person I see they also post their own reviews. I paid $3,900 for lipo, Dr. Robert Miles performed my surgery and my left side is now uneven with my right side and he refused to correct it. During my follow up visits he stated he make the correction after the healing process. Months after he was dismissive & disrespectful and just refuse to acknowledge his mistake. A waste of time and money. After consults with other surgeons the only way to correct this would be to make several fat injection in these areas, (may be hopeful) ADODRA CLINIC BEWARE!! more

Went in for a consultation and was confused to see that it wasnt a dr. It was a sales woman, who just toldme what i wanted to hear. I agreed to schedule surgery but thought i was going to be able to meet the doctor first. They hadnt planned to have me meet him until the day of! So i requestd a meeting with him prior to my surgery day. I met with Dr MIles who is a bit arrogant when asked questions. Its like he was offended with me inquiring about his creditentials. I was told by the staff that he was the best there and that he trained other drs in tampa bay, so i continued with my scheduled surgery. The day i got there, i find out its not he who would be workin on me , but he will be there in the room as well. Turns out ,it was someone who was in their residency learning & I wasnt even informed! needless to say my results were very uneven & although i had less fat, my stomach looked worse in a bathing suit more than eve. I complained and after makng me feel horrible, agreed to do a touch up. This time Dr Miles did it. The pain was horrible this time. he said it was because of all the scare tissue. He only had one follow up with me a few weeks after. Then, he said there was no need to schedule anymore to check on me. Its been over a year now & the divits and uneveness has not gotten better. Another surgeon told me that the only way to try & make it even is fat transfers to fill it in. I am so embarassed of my body now And i cant afford to fix it :( DONT GO HERE more

List of complaints: 1.let me wait for more than an hr for scheduled appointments 2.rude workers especially the one that had her but lift ! 3. I Had Lipo done & the Doc screwed it up. He admitted it & offered to correct it, but that I needed to pay for use of the room & sedation cost... 4. Not a very sterile environment for doing Lipo...I was concerned about a possible infection.... more

If I could give less than one star I would. I purchased 15 IPL treatments in 2011, and after only 5 treatments I was told my account was put on hold for summer. Then after making an appointment in the fall FINALLY, I was told that the clinic will no longer offer IPL services so I requested a refund, considering the treatments were a failure and could not even be completed. Not only did I bounce around from person to person, the accounting staff put off my $100 refund for 4 months (I didn't even reuqest a FULL refund, only for service I had not received), and when I was sent a refund check "in full," 4 months later, the amount was for $50. When I called to rectify the error, no one knew what amount I should be refunded and there was no management to escalate to. Truly, $50 is not a lot of money, but there is a principle and I am still waiting... this clinic has awful customer service, and the fact that they can't allocate $100 of a fair refund worries me considering that the licensed business can practice medicine!? I will spread the word as often & as far as I can: avoid Adora Clinic!!! more

Called the main number for info. Spoke with a very nice person in Tampa. The Tampa office sent me $1000.00 dollar off coupon. Then followed up with a phone call to make sure that I received the coupon. I scheduled a consult & botox apt in the Orl office. I showed for my consult, there was no DR. It was the receptionist or "patient coordinator". Basically her job is to upsale and collect your money. She goes over the areas I am interested in having lipoed. She gives me a price of $2900 for three areas of lipo and fat transfer to the breasts. Then I tell her that I have the coupon and she refused to accept it telling me that the ACTUAL cost of the lipo is $7500.00 and she already discounted it at $2900. I call BS! I went through with the botox. at check out I am berated for having the audacity to try and use the coupon. I am told that no Dr is going to work for that price. They continue to tell me that no one beats their prices that what I want would take 5 hours in surgery. Finally feeling like an idiot i give a $400 deposit toward the lipo. scheduled a meeting with the Dr on the following Wednesday. The DR tells me that the transfer won't yield the desired results so again the "patient coordinator" comes in to "price my services". To get lipo on my back she breaks it into four sections at $995 each. I could't believe it because their groupon only refers to the back as one "area" when all is said and done I am scheduled to have lipo on arms, inner thighs,upper back,lower back,flanks, bra line and the knees are thrown in for free.(most doctors will tell you that the knees are done with the inner thighs for symmetry with transfer to the butt.... The new bundle price $4300. I arrive for my 1:00 pm appointment the following Monday to wait. At 2:00 pm I am told that they are cleaning the operating room. Finally at 2:45 pm I am taking back to the back waiting room. I decide not to get the transfer. told they will refund 1k to my card. The surgery was a nightmare. I will continue in the next review.... out of space. more

This place is shady! They offered a groupon to get you in the door and then don't honor it. I waited months to get an appointment scheduled for this, had it for a month, show up today, they collect my personal and medical info, usher me into a room and tell me that "80% of their patients are having laser burns, so they stopped the laser". They did not call me to tell me not to come to the appointment. This office is moving to Tampa - so beware people of Tampa. This place is a scam and smells like rotten fish. Do not subject yourself - they will jerk you around like me. more

Did 4 treatments of laser hair removal and haven't lost one hair! I've been told by an official person off the books that's their laser is not a true laser....well that must b it because EVERYONE that I have spoke with that has gone here for laser hair removal has had the same results, that would be no results! I also get botox but I would never buy it here. If they cant purchase working equipment I definitely don't trust someone to inject me with REAL botox. So u lost me as a continuing costumer. Will never catch me in this place wasting my time!! Don't do it people! This place is a joke!!! Especially if you are going to pay full price! That would b an even bigger mistake!!!! more

I BOUGHT A GROUPON FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL ... AND THEY CANT TAKE ME TILL SEPT... BECAUSE THEY TELL ME ITS TO SUNNY OUTSIDE TO DO LASER HAIR REMOVAL...HELLO ITS FLORIDA...TY GROUPON FOR GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK ...SO I TOOK MY MONEY TO AVALON MED SPA ... THEY HAVE A GREAT LASER AND THEY GAVE ME MY FULL 6 TREATMENTS FOR MY GROUPON PRICE ...GO TO AVALON THEY WILL GIVE YOU MORE FOR YOUR MONEY!!! more

We found out, and this is probably the reason for the other complaints as well, that unlicensed people are doing the Laser or IPL treatments. Apparently in this state only certain people can do them. It is much more regulated here than in other states. But the only way this place can afford to offer cheap treatments is not to have to pay a licensed person to perform them. Buyer beware. more
