I have visited Sandra several times for different issues ( insomnia, anxiety) and have always been extremely happy with the results of our sessions. I was a little nervous at first but she is wonderful at making you feel safe and comfortable and spends a lot of time listening to you before you begin so that she knows exactly what it is you want to work on. Sandra absolutely loves what she does, cares about her clients and is a skilled and compassionate hypnotherapist. I have always found our sessions to be positive, empowering experiences and I highly recommend her.
