Awesome Job! I have a Corolla and the check engine light came on. I needed my Catalytic converter replaced. I went to the dealership and they told me $1300. I went to two other mechanics and they said $600. Acapulco's replaced mine for $200 even. I was able to pass emissions the same day! They were courteous and friendly. more

Great Service Great Price 4/18/2012

I have a 2003 Corolla and the check engine light came on. I went to the local Midas shop and they told me I needed a new catalytic converter and it would cost $900. The Dealer wanted 1,500 and Good Year wanted $1,200. I checked a couple of auto part stores and I could buy a catalytic converter for $120. I didn't understand why they were charging so much at the national repair chains. My research said it was a simple install job that would take less than an hour. I found Acapulco's Mufflers & Auto on they web and they said I could bring my own part and they would install it for $50. They also offered to sell me the part and install it for $180. That the option I took. They had me in and out in forty minutes and did a great job. more

Used them many times. Down to earth honest people 9/24/2008

I collect old cars and have to do exhaust quite often. These guys will do a lot. You can get in there with them and participate, or you can go hang out at the pizza hut across the street while they work. Good quality , versatile people. My beetle and my Land Cruisers can vouch for that! Pros: Good quality, straight forward, honest service more

Good honest people 10/19/2006

Ok, so the place isn't the prettiest or cleanist of garages when you first drive up, but this establishment has some HONEST, hard working mechanics. They are reasonably priced and they let you bring your own parts and they perform the labor. If you don't know what part to get, they will make a list for you to show at the parts store. They may be limited on what models they can work on (electrical diagnostics, etc.), but if your car is no longer on factory warranty, they can handle it. Pros: Honest staff, good quotes, bring your own parts. Cons: No waiting area, you'll have to stand around by your car while they repair or you can go out and wander the neighborhood. The Dairy Queen became my waiting area :) more
