My dad called in asking to see if they had a certain size sink in stock. They could get it in a few days but had a different one. I needed less than 30" wide and right away. They had one that was 22". Very Happy. Would definitely recommend to all friends. Pros: Got me a sink in less than 24 hours Cons: Not the one I originally wanted more

Overall, a great experience. I probably learned more than I wanted to about appliances, but ultimately, will take their advice and stay away from several over-priced high end brands that show no quality, and bad service. They advised me which brands to go with, and which companies I will most likely be satisfied with. While I am still waiting for my appliances to get delivered, I give these guys thumbs up for great service. Alex, Edward, and Ace, are the people who assisted me throughout my shopping experience. They even offered a price match guarantee if I find lower prices. I can't ask for more! They told me they would be at my house for service from 3-5pm. I called at 5:30 and they told me they would be here by 6pm. NO SHOW!! I called them and they just said, "we're happy to re-schedule". ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! Customer service, YEEAAAAH RIGHT! I could have picked my kids up from school and not pay for after school care! Annnoying! NO CONSIDERATION FOR CUSTOMER'S TIME AND MONEY! more

I went into the store, and was mildly surprised at how large their selection was. In fact I ended up loosing my "friend" in the store twice because they have 2 huge floors of appliances and plumbing. Besides the point, I ended up buying a new Miele washer and Dryer, and a Blanco Sink. They delivered and installed next day, which blew my mind, because no other appliances could ever possibly offer the same service. Pros: Great prices, Great Service. Convenient Hours, Great Location. Lots of brands. Cons: Can't think of any. more

I recently bought a full kitchen of appliances and my washer and dryer from Absolute. I am in love with my appliances. I keep walking downstairs just to look at my brand new Miele washer and dryer. I saw some negative reviews about the store and wanted to comment. My experience with this company has been superb. It was not like at some other stores that I have been to where you have to wait for an hour for someone just to look at you. I did not have to wait to get assistance. The sales staff was extremely courteous and more importantly knowledgeable. It made me feel safe that not only the product they were selling was a quality product, but also I knew that if there were any issues they would take care of me. The delivery went smooth. Two deliverymen came delivered and installed all the appliances, taking extra care that they do not damage my brand kitchen cabinets. The plug for my dryer was not quiet ready for the hook up, so they even recommended an electrician who came in to take care of the problem so that I may have full use of all of my appliances right away. I was so happy with services and products that I recommended Absolute to my girlfriend who had a similar positive experience with them as well. Pros: Great service. To install gasket I had purchased on refrige/freezer & clean coil, they charged $200. They left the grill cover dirty. Their work took all of 20 mins. Company does not have guidelines for pricing of services; decision is left to the technicians. Angel Appliances, Metro Appliances and several others offer much better value. more

The parking attendant (who I found works for these people directly) harrassed, swore, and THREW A STRIKE WITH HIS FIST AT MY TRUCK WINDOW - CRACKING the glass - upon parking in their lot. I'd been browsing for appliances and stopped in at the place next door to check them out as well. On my way out of the store (maybe 5 minutes) the gentleman, or not so much - asked if "that [was] my f*#%;ing truck?" I told him, yes and asked if anything was wrong. He said that the lot was only for HIS business and not for that of the neighbors. "Get your f#&%ing a$$ out of here. I called the tow company and don't ever be seen around here again you motherf#&*er." I told him again I was sorry and didn't see where it indicated the business of 1522 only and not the neighbor store next door, as it was pouring rain! The management of the business (Absolute Appliances) said they have nothing to do with his actions and said, "you probably should not have parked there". I again appologized to him. I voiced my concern that his employees actions and threats frightened me. I told him I'd like to forward my comments to his parking manager and/or agency. He proceeded to tell me that "once again, I should not have parked there" and then asked if I would like a citation for using their lot without permission. I reminded him that only a few moments ago I was in checking out appliances and that this was 100% unacceptable. The gentleman (manager - apparently) turned and walked away without a word. I purchased an entire kitchen worth of appliances. I never knew that you could be taken care of so well at an appliance store. First, when I came in they oferred if I'd like anything to drink? Then, to my surprise they answered almost all the questions I had and clarified any misconceptions. Obviously, I purchased all the appliances. They held them for the time period I asked and did not rush me. They called me the night before delivery and confirmed that I was there and told me what time they would be coming. They installed everything and took away all my old appliances. My only complaint is that my old dishwasher wouldn't come out of it's opening. They had to take it out in pieces and charged a bit extra for that. I guess I should blame whoever put the floors in after the dishwasher for that. Absolute Appliances was great. I would shop there again and tell all my friends about it. more

THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE. I called multiple times and the automated system kept going in circles. It says "We're Open" but no one answers! What the heck! Going to look for another company who will answer@! Pros: none Cons: none more

They delivered a washing machine and dryer to my house - the delivery people made a huge mess and gouged my wall. After innumberable phone calls, they said they'd pay for the damage if I got an estimate, but three months later, after faxing them twice and talking to 4 different people, they have not compensated me for the hole in the wall. Very unsatisfactory - stay away. more
