I have had 3 service calls with ARS...they were late to two of them. When you give someone a 5-hour window and can't be bothered to call and let them know you won't be arriving till 10 p.m., you are not a responsible company and I cannot recommend them. The attitude of their customer service team was also defensive when presented with this issue. more

Godfred Wiafe did an excellent job performing the winter maintenance on my HVAC system. I have been using ARS/Rescue Rooter-Manassas since 1999 and I really enjoyed chatting with ""Godfred about my system and the newly installed surge/spike protector to protect the motor on my HVAC system that he had properly advised me on its purpose. Again, he came with the right tools and performed the necessary maintenance. It was very much appreciated and he had very good manners and obviously excellent HVAC skills. more

Quick and great service 3/26/2011

When my water heater started to leak I thought I was in for a world of mess. I called ARS since I have a service contract with them. I spoke with Mark in the office who recommended the right tank for my house. He also told me how to shut off my tank so there would be no further damage. They were maybe $200 bucks more than the other quotes but get this they were at my house 1 hour after I talked to them and I had hot water 2 hours after that. Now that is service. Thanks. more
