When my water heater started to leak I thought I was in for a world of mess. I called ARS since I have a service contract with them. I spoke with Mark in the office who recommended the right tank for my house. He also told me how to shut off my tank so there would be no further damage.
They were maybe $200 bucks more than the other quotes but get this they were at my house 1 hour after I talked to them and I had hot water 2 hours after that.
