On time and efficient 11/6/2012

James from ARS was a huge help. I found a leak under my sink and wasn't sure of the source. He located the leak from the disposal and provided me with all of the options. He was able to replace the disposal in record time so I could head out to work without taking a half day. He was courteous and fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend him for plumbing services. more

Courteous, punctual, professional, went out his way to ensure job was finished. This involved getting on to the roof, which in our house is particularly high and steep, in order to properly seal the vent from one of the installed water heaters. Thank you very much. more

Plumbing problems, no problem with ARS 11/4/2012

I am a do it yourself person, I know that pros really hate to come and clean up the mess that we do it yourselfer's create. When Don and his apprentice came out to help me get the stem out of my shower they were nice, friendly, clean and amazingly told me that I almost had it myself. They finished my job and the price was right. more

ARS North Technician Jasand G. 11/3/2012

My family has always used ARS for all our service needs. Lately, we have had an imbalance of airflow and temperature in our house. ARS sent someone out immediately and I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of Jasand. He was very helpful in explaining the problem and went to work immediately and solved all our issues. He explained some repair/service work we will need in the future based on what he saw in our attic. He explained everything to me in detail, but didn't "push a sale' on me. I most important thing about the service call today was that Jasand saw that we have small children and when I explained that it was the nursery where all the fridgid air goes, he was very compassionate and really took an interest to help my children be more comfortable. I will always continue to use ARS and I will always be delighted if Jasand shows up at my door. Wonderful company and excellent customer service! more

Needed new gas furnace, ARS was third evaluation, received comprehensive information on problems with existing system (only one to confirm what I already knew) and offered options including repair vs replacement (only one to even consider repair). very pleased with results and technicians. more

Bobby was very professional and provided excellent information regarding the work that needs to be completed on my 10 year old water heater. He was quick, efficient, friendly and timely with the service appt. I recomend getting an ARS contract for these service appts as you pay a low monthly cost and get free service calls and checkups. Appliance Replacement 10/4/2012

Josh #644 of ARS Houston came out this morning to check my garbage disposal.He was very polite and courteous.As it turns out he had to replace it.He did a thorough job in explaining what was wrong with the appliance as well as replacing it.He was very professional and I would recommend him. more
