Their floral designs are unique and always reflect the latest trends, the flowers are fresh and long lasting and the sales staff is courteous and knowledgable. When in a rush for time I love using their website as it is easy to navigate and offers a large selection of lovely arrangements and plants. Otherwise, a trip to Ah Sam is a must -- not only do they offer a large selection of 50% off fresh flowers everyday, but they also have a large greenhouse with what seems like every plant imaginable, a wide variety of pots, planters, baskets and vases, and a large retail space filled with lovely silk flowers and arrangements and unique gift items for the home. In comparsion to the arrangement in the sotre, my arrangement I ordered was not the same quality. I was really disappointed and embarassed becasue I ordered the flower for a loved ones birthday. The arrangement was not what I requested at all. THough it had the flowers I asked for, the way it was arranged look liked a kid did it. Their response time to act on my complaint was the next day not the same day. I will not order from them again. more
