made easy with ADT 1/2/2012

The ADT Quick connect system is easy to use and if fully monitored by ADT. The monitoring service will contact up to 3 keyholders if the quick connect system is set off. The quality of the components is very good and the installation was done by qualified ADT engineers. The installers talked us through using the system via the wireless keypad. The keypad has an LCD display so you know the state of the alarm at anyone time. I order my system online through a supplier offering free Argos vouchers so this made it an easy choice rather than ordering direct with ADT. Very pleased with the ADT quick connect and the service ADT supplied. more

The installation engineer was arranged efficiently and came out when promised. He did the work quickly and cleanly and made a small change to the installation plan to ensure best protection. The idea of a monitored alarm is that, instead of a noisy bell ringing outside and being ignored, a central office receives an alert about the alarm system and takes the necessary action. more

My house got broken into 2 days ago and i called this ad because of the reviews. Lacy came out the same day i called and gave me a good price. the system was installed the next day. I wish i would have thought about home security before i got robbed. more

avoid ADT 11/3/2010

All I wanted to do is to change my credit card number. It took about three months (if it has been fixed, I am not sure as of now). I spoke with 6 different people. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Don't use ADT under no circumstances. they are absolutely the worst. They are scammers and they have the worst customer service you will ever experience anywhere in the world! From the bottom of my heart, avoid the aggravation and unnecessary waste of time. money and more importantly peace of mind! I have been dealing with a very simple billing issue. more
