ADT has high quality security cameras. Mine was great and as I was watching the videos, I didn't get a hard time identifying who those people were. It was very clear. more

I agree with the other low reviews on ADT's inferior service, but my main problem with them is that their system itself is ill designed and obsolete. I have had one of their systems in my house for many years and looking to throw it away and replace it with a better one. Anyone has a better recommendation for a wireless monitored home alarm system? more

Do not be food by ADT. They only need your money. The service and the people working for them is not even concerned that you have paid for everything and they system is just really bad. more

ADT is my second alarm company and they are terrible. I have had nothing but headaches right from the begining. They didn't set my account up correctly. They overcharged me for my monthly fee. The alarm system lost all it's programming for some strange reason and no one could fix it over the phone so they sent a technician out for $200. A supervisor told us that it would be no charge and two weeks later we get a bill for $216.00. We called the corporate office and they claim that we need to talk to the local office. We call the local office and get voicemail. Additionally, ADT sent us a bill after the first year of our contract saying they were raising our rates. Even though we have a contracat stating a certain price. They are ripoff artists. more

I am very grateful to ADT for finding the crook in our house before it was too late. Since we both are working, it was difficult for us to leave our daughter Cindy, alone at home. We found a babysitter, Emily for her. This lady was with us for over a month and nothing was skeptical about her Almost a month back our home had a Break in, even though we had ADT protection. Emily had gone out shopping with Cindy. On police investigation, they found the culprit through the surveillance camera provided to us by ADT. It was Emily's boyfriend. Talk about easy coordination! Anyways, we have our things back and I thank ADT for their support ! more
