We are very happy with the QuickConnect as it is easy to use and we have an ADT branded alarm for only £99 plus the usual monitoring fee you have to pay with any other installer anyway. more

centrally monitored system 10/6/2011

Alarm system installed by ADT and the service has been so good that I decided to tell you about it. ADT seem to be a large well established company who have a lot of commercial business and are expanding into the domestic market. As this is a centrally monitored system the kit has to be really good. The internal sensors work by detecting heat with movement so that the chance of a false intruder alarm is limited. The smoke detector also works. more

easy navigation 9/24/2011

Finally I received my ADT-200A and so far the first tests were very positive. I was able to compare on my Optibeams with my K3, FT-1000D and IC-7800. In my opinion the ADT-200A plays in the same class. And the modulation reports, which I received, are all excellent and in no way inferior to the K3. It takes, however, some getting used to operating the ADT-200A in comparison to conventional machines but all buttons and keys are very clearly arranged so that navigation is easy. Handling the ADT-200A can almost be done intuitively. But only every day use will show whether the ADT-200A's quality is superior to my other transceivers. more

I absolutely recommend ADT for their great products. I have been with my home security system for 3 years and it still works well until now. I never had it fixed! more

homeowners should install ADT 9/19/2011

Unlike security alarms offered by other companies, ADT's home security systems are backed by 24 hour monitoring. Most home security systems offer you protection, but the delay in getting adequate help to you can often take too long. It's not enough for your home security system to protect you. What you need is the help after the alarm signal has been sent. more

I am very happy with the work done by the installer from ADT home security at my house. He did not do the job quickly and took his time to explain and hook up everything to our satisfaction. I am very impressed with customer service especially from a representative that I have dealt with. more

they give guarantee!! 8/22/2011

I came home from the grocery store about a month ago and saw a cop car outside my house. As I got closer, I heard the siren going off and figured out what probably happened, but I was still surprised because I didn?t really think anyone would try to break in in the middle of the day. The cop checked my ID and then said that no one was in the house now but asked me to see if anything was missing. The thief did get our video game console, but ADT had given us a $500 guarantee if things got stolen while the alarm was working so all in all it was a happy ending. more
