ADT alarms system offers many things and but in my experience delivers the least. The amount I had to pay for the company for being their customer is $8000, not for their service, but for giving some space for their damaged system in my home. The first time that I informed them about the issue, I was tutored how my apartment's power supply has indirectly damaged the system. I had to pay for the replacement, which was the one suited for the building (as I was informed later). But when the same happened again, I was informed the system is not compatible unless I correct the apartment issue. Only 2 stars for this company. more

The amount I had to pay for the company for being their customer is $8000, not for their service, but for giving some space for their damaged system in my home. CSR are not sure with ADT 11/8/2010

Immediately after the Installation the sales rep miscommunicated the contract details. The company told me that there is no Contract as such but the rep told me that I am under a 3 year contract.. more

I am leaving ADT 11/1/2010

I am leaving ADT because they have cost in false alarms fees for the last time. The alarm went off I turned it off...but the police were still called...I called and asked them to turn back the police. They asked me for my code - I couldn't remember exactly and gave them my code - I knew it was either code100, 101, 102 etc...it had been 7 years...anyhow I gave them the right code. they then asked for the code AGAIN...I went through the same exercise and they said that wasn't good enough. THEY WOULD NOT CALL OFF THE POLICE. I end up with a 100 dollar fine and they will not reimburse me. Therefore they will lose the future stream of income ~500 dollars per year for the next 20-30 years. Not good business sense and horrible arrogant customer service. more
